Street Eats unveils hot food to go Street Carts

A fleet of new heated Street Carts has been launched by the Street Eats brand as it aims to revolutionise hot food to go as well as making it easier for caterers to capitalise in this market.

Street Eat’s head of marketing, Anthony Wilkinson, said: “We know that hot food to go is a huge area of growth right now and while the traditional offering has been very much focussed around fairly standard hot sandwiches or pastry products, our new Street Carts really enable us to take it to an entirely new level.

“Not only do they look fantastic, but thanks their ingenious design the carts are able to keep a wide range of food types warm, or indeed cool, for up to an hour after they have been disconnected from a power source.

“What’s more the carts are configured to offer caterers the ultimate in flexibility so can be used to serve anything from porridge at breakfast, curry for lunch or cheesy nachos for the mid-afternoon munchies.

“The options really are endless and our innovations team are busy coming up with new ideas every day as we look to deliver exciting new street food inspired formats that will excite the modern food to go consumer.

“Whether it’s about adding some theatre to the servery, queue-busting at peak times or taking a hot food offering outside the Street Cart really is the perfect vehicle.

“The functionality of the new carts, coupled with our great range of hot and cold eating products, really serves to differentiate the Street Eats brand from our competitors and means we can supply our customers a ‘one stop shop’ solution for all of their food to go needs.”

The carts can be fully customised for any location or occasion.
