Our bi-monthly magazine, which launched just over a year ago, offers readers a winning mix of industry news, trends, expert articles and interviews with some of the biggest names in the sector.
In our minds, it is a publication that reflects a market that is bright, young and dynamic.
It is read by any business offering food to go. As well as coffee shops, cafes and sandwich bars, the publication focuses on supermarkets, for example, which have their own café or sandwich shop – and even hotel groups, which are opening outlets in their reception areas. Contract caterers are also changing their retail concepts to compete with the high street. We also go out to grab & go establishments on roadsides and at railway stations.
