Wringer and Mangle to open Spitalfields site

Bar and restaurant Wringer and Mangle will open its second London site next month in Spitalfields, opposite Liverpool Street Station.

As it has been doing at its London Fields location for over two years, the project will present all-day dining featuring seasonal dishes alongside a deli counter and bar/pub.

The restaurant’s deli counter will target the grab & go market and the city workers, whilst food director Paul Gayler MBE hopes the downstairs bar will prove a popular night spot destination.

Gayler has partnered with head chef Peter Tomkinson on the menu which features a £15 bottomless prosecco brunch and on Sundays will offer an all-day roast with a range of roasted meats.
