Subway launches new Rotisserie-Style Chicken sub

Subway has launched its new rotisserie-style chicken sub as part of its ‘Keep Discovering’ platform with the new offering appearing on its menus nationwide on 26 July.

The chicken is marinated, seared and slow-cooked in its own juices, before being hand-torn and added to each individual Sub creation.

Subway recommends for the 'perfect pairing' customers adding ranch dressing or honey mustard sauce.

The launch of the rotisserie-style chicken sub will be supported by a new TV creative as part of the brand’s ongoing ‘Keep Discovering’ platform, which encourages consumers to swap their uninspiring homemade ‘blandwich’ in favour of more exciting menu options from Subway lunchtime range.

Sacha Clark, marketing director for Subway UK and Ireland, said: “Rotisserie-style chicken is unlike any of our other chicken subs, with its premium taste credentials and careful cooking and preparation processes making for a delicious lunchtime choice.

"The new addition to our premium range will be a welcome treat to consumers wanting to update their usual routine and discover a different option.”

The new sub will retail from £3.80 for a six-inch offering.
