Spiced Pork Fillet

Pork fillets 90 gm each Fresh Egg Noodles Baby bok choi Peppers Bean shoots Five spice seasoning
Preparation method: 
A day before cooking, season the pork fillets with five spice seasoning and aniseed and then marinate overnight. Pan fry the fillets and then prepare egg noodles with the other ingredients by cooking off in preparation for service. Put on the plate with fillets on the top and then garnish with the bok choi. Footnote This spiced pork fillet creation was the main dish on the menu for the Cost Sector Catering Awards 2006 dinner at the London Hilton Metropole.
