London-based seafood restaurant, Wright Brothers, is kicking off the New Year with a £20 two-course ‘Detox Menu’ designed to “showcase ingredients with superfood qualities and health benefits.”

Promising no “compromise on flavour,” dishes include a starter of mussels cooked in coconut water with lemongrass and chilli as well as a choice of three main courses: roasted mixed beetroot salad with feta and candied walnuts; seared yellow fin tuna on a bed of Goan spiced lentils and Greek yoghurt, and poached salmon with seaweed and mussels.

It is also the first UK restaurant to stock winery Scavi & Ray’s new alcohol-free prosecco, to help Dry January participators stick to their good intentions. Try it either as a glass on its own or in one of the five non-alcoholic cocktails Wright Brothers has created.

While the detox menu is available now until January 31 in Wright Brothers’s Soho, Spitalfields and Battersea restaurants, the drinks are available in all restaurants except Borough Market.
