Orchid Carvery is King

Real roasts are taking centre stage at the Orchid Group’s 55 pubs across the UK, with its streamlined King Carvery ensuring diners get consistently high quality.

Marketing manager Debee Timbrell said: “We hope to gain a name for our carveries with customers able to enjoy the same top value food whichever pub they visit.

“To ensure we deliver the perfect carvery, we are establishing ideal operating standards across the division, covering everything from the produce, such as quality meat, to how it is carved.
“As part of the new carvery, turkey is on the menu seven days a week, along with lamb, beef, gammon and pork belly. For those with bigger appetites, the option to go large can be added on for just £1.50.

“All this is complemented by our high levels of service and never-ending goal to ensure each customer has an enjoyable visit they will want to repeat.”
