Herman ze German's Avocado with Poached Eggs on Sourdough

London sausage house Herman ze German has added a brunch menu at its Fitzrovia site and a breakfast menu at Charing Cross.

The brunch menu features avocado with two poached eggs on sourdough, garnished with pickled salsa. The Strammer Max, which tops sourdough with Black Forest ham, two fried eggs, pickled salsa and melted cheese. Meaty buns are on offer with a chouce of Black Forest bacon, Leberkase or both in the Big Faddi Bumbaladdi. 

Breakfast at Villers Street, Charing Cross is also available featuring a breakfast rolls & cups menu with fillings that include bacon, bacon or sausage & egg, bacon & sausage, sausage patty, egg & avocado with the option of adding cheese and avocado, all washed down with a cup of breakfast tea or hand roasted Union coffee.
