Harley Davidson on offer for Be At One staff in new incentive scheme

Cocktail bar group, Be At One, has started a sales competition for its staff, rewarding the winning bartender with a hand-painted Harley Davidson motorbike.

The incentive sees Be At One, in partnership with spiced rum brand, Sailor Jerry, challenge employees across its 33 UK bars to sell as many cocktails containing the rum as possible.

Like-for-like sales versus the previous month will then be measured and the site with the best sales in each region will make it through to a final round.

The top-selling individual bartender will be announced at an event at Be At One’s Soho site on 7 November.

In addition to winning the keys to the iconic, American-manufactured bike, the winner will also receive motorcycle driving lessons.

Andrew Stones, chief operating officer at Be At One, said: “We’re a business committed to recognising and rewarding our people, so working with a brand like Sailor Jerry to offer such an incredible prize is fantastic.

“Having the right team behind the bar is absolutely critical to delivering an outstanding guest experience, as well as driving sales across all our bars. We look forward to seeing the results of this incentive scheme which will see one our talented bartenders riding away on a Harley Davidson motorbike.”
