Restaurant and pub group ETM will launch the Long Arm Pub & Brewery on Worship Street in Shoreditch later this month.

The pub has an on-site micro-brewery and micro-distillery alongside an urban farm. Beers will be served from tank to glass, cutting out the keg, cask and bottling process. Brewer Guillermo Alvarez Schulenburg will be in charge of the rotating six beers on offer.

Craft burgers and a selection of bar snacks, such as fish tacos, chilli salt squid, croquettes and Mexican sopes, will feature alongside the beer offering.

ETM founder Ed Martin, said: “Our Long Arm Brewery in Ealing has been producing exceptional beers and our latest opening combines my passion for brewing with my love of hospitality. Guillermo’s knowledge of the brewing process is second to none and I am confident that the increasingly quality-driven beer drinker will be excited by our dynamic selection of brews.”

Long Arm Pub & Brewery will take an 85-cover, 2.500 sq ft. space that will feature exposed concrete and brickwork, parquet flooring and Victorian tiling.
