Ducasse to open restaurant at The Dorchester

French chef Alain Ducasse is set to open a new restaurant at the five-star Dorchester Hotel in November.

The eatery will be situated in the space currently occupied by The Terrace, one of the hotel's private dining rooms. The restaurant Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester will seat up to 80 people and will have an intimate private dining area. Christopher Cowdray, general manager, said: "This restaurant will be a wonderful addition to the hotel and combined with Aiden Byrne at The Grill, China Tang and The Bar will make The Dorchester one of the most exciting places in London to dine." Laurent Plantier, CEO of Groupe Alain Ducasse, said: "We're very honoured to be entrusted to open our new London restaurant at The Dorchester.
