Darwin & Wallace has unveiled its new spring menu, which is available now across its collection of independent, West London neighbourhood bars.

Simon Duff, executive chef of Darwin & Wallace, said: "We are very proud to introduce our spring menu, bursting with fresh, interesting and virtuous offerings, welcoming the seasonal ingredient additions of beetroot, peas, asparagus and more to our menu.

"We've paid special attention to our vegan and vegetarian options for all to delight in tasting such as our beetroot + barley risotto and the quinoa + aubergine falafels. As a member of the SRA, we are committed to limiting food miles, sourcing locally where possible and working with sustainable produce."

The spring mains welcome seasonal dishes to the menu, with highlights including steamed mussels marinière, roast lamb rump served with grilled wonky aubergine and minted feta, beetroot and barley risotto accompanied by horseradish crème fraîche as well as grilled sea bass and chips. 

Breakfast is served from 9am-midday every day, with a house breakfast alongside lighter offerings, suc has  free range eggs on grilled sourdough toast. At weekends the all day brunch offerings include: triple cheese truffle toasties, coconut pancakes with caramalised banana and coconut yoghurt or house eggs royal.
