Health and fitness bar Crussh has announced that it will be launching its festive menu next Wednesday (15 November,) featuring a Brussel sprouts juice among other hot and cold food and beverages.

Listing its confit brie and walnut spelt sourdough toastie (£4.50), festive turkey feast sandwich (£3.95) and winter spiced berry 'cheese'cake (£2.75) as highlights, product developer James Kidman said: “This year we’ve got the perfect balance of classic Christmas indulgence and healthier Crussh twists, with products like the festive turkey feast sandwich sitting alongside healthier takes on festive favourites, like our figgy pudding energy balls.

“And it wouldn’t be Christmas without the Brussel sprout! Rich in a wide range of vitamins, potassium and full of antioxidants, we’re celebrating this unsung hero by juicing it alongside cucumber, celery, apple and lemon for the perfect Christmas cleanser juice. We’re looking forward to seeing how many customers dare give this one a go!”

Crussh will also be donating 10p from sales of selected items to the mental health charity, Mind, throughout winter, and offer customers the chance to round up their spend to the nearest 50p or £1 - donating the difference straight to Mind.
