Crussh Fit Food and Juice Bars has extended its vegan offering at its 27 stores across London in response to the rise of people in the UK following vegan diets.

Helen Jones, head of marketing at Crussh, said: “We’ve always had a strong range of vegetarian and vegan products at Crushh but with the recent popularity of Veganuary and with more than half a million people in the UK now following a vegan diet, it felt like the right time to further strengthen our offering.”

Crussh has added 30 new products to the menu, 17 of which are vegan.

The range includes refined sugar free vegan desserts, including a raw key lime pie, raw banoffee pot, carrot cake energy balls and a Persian cauliflower couscous health pot.

Non-vegan menu items include a banana and almond butter protein bagel and a jerk chicken protein health pot.
