Crepeaffaire, the café concept specialising in sweet and savoury crepes, is launching its new range of gluten free crepes: galettes. They are made organically with 100% buckwheat flour, water, salt and vegetable oil, making them suitable for vegans being egg and dairy free.

States Crepeaffaire MD, Daniel Spinath said: ”GF [gluten free] has been one of the key requests by consumers, and we’re now ready to launch.

“The nutty buckwheat taste gives them that special galette taste, known and loved by our French neighbours”.

Since opening in 2004 Crepeaffaire has expanded around the UK with 14 sites and its newest store opened in Brighton. The brand also has three oversee sites.
