Border Biscuits has enhanced its offering for the hospitality industry with the introduction of its single mini packs.

Available in mixed boxes of 150, the range includes timeless classics individually wrapped, including Viennese Whirls, Divinely Choc Chip Cookies and Crunchy Oat Crumbles.

The introduction of the single Mini Packs follows the launch of the brand’s Café Bake range, a bespoke range of biscuits aimed at the out of home and foodservice sectors, which was unveiled at the Caffè Culture Show earlier this year.

Brioche Bounty

British artisan baker Speciality Breads has strengthened its brioche offering in time for the festive season with the addition of a sliced brioche loaf.

This new addition to the range is made with free range eggs, butter and 100% British Red Tractor-certified flour.  Each slice is the perfect thickness for toasting, giving chefs ultimate control over portion sizes.

New Provolone Pots

Futura Foods, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Mediterranean-inspired dairy products, is introducing an authentic new Italian cheese into its range in a bid to help outlets drive sales. 

The cheese specialist is launching a Provolone, a semi-hard, cow’s milk cheese which originates from Southern Italy.

Available in ready-to-bake 100g and 200g rustic clay pots, the cheese’s easy-serve format means busy chefs can create a theatrical dish with the minimum of fuss.

Provolone pots are supplied in 100g and 200g formats and are available from selected wholesalers.

New Crumble Range

Lotus Biscoff has introduced a brand new way to enjoy its much loved ‘little red coffee biscuit’ with the introduction of Lotus Biscoff Crumble.

Chefs and caterers will be able to incorporate the caramelised flavour of Lotus Biscoff biscuits in an easy-to-use ‘Crumble’ form which can then be used as an ingredient in a whole host of desserts.

The crumble is made up of freshly baked Lotus Biscoff crumb particles which make the ideal base for cheesecakes and rocky roads or as toppings for cakes, apple and cinnamon pies, or even as the finishing sprinkle on ice cream, hot drinks and milkshakes. Available in catering packets of 750g, chefs will have plenty of the Crumble ingredient to use within their desserts.

The new packaging for the Crumble range is bold, bright and modern utilising the vivid red synonymous with the brand. The new re-design follows a recent re-brand to fully align the look of the Lotus Biscoff brand across its out of home and retail products.
