Bocca di Lupo appoints chef de cuisine

Soho Italian restaurant, Bocca di Lupo, has appointed Angelo Albera as chef de cuisine to “oversee and manage the kitchens daily operations and ensure culinary excellence at all times.”

Having joined the team last month (February), Albera “boasts a career in Italian cuisine” having worked as head chef at London-based restaurant, Cantina del Ponte, for the past three years.

He said: “I am delighted to be joining Bocca di Lupo. I believe it is one of London’s most authentic Italian restaurants, and I look forward to bringing my own experience to its vibrant and accomplished kitchen team.”
