Bill’s relaunches app with loyalty scheme and click & collect

High street restaurant chain, Bill’s, has relaunched its app, introducing a new customer loyalty scheme and click & collect function.

The loyalty scheme works by customers being rewarded £1 of credit for every £15 spent via the app to put into their ‘bank of bill’s,’ available to use on future orders.

When customers reach £75 spend they gain access to Bill’s ‘VIP rewards’ which include the choice of a free glass of prosecco, hot drink, breakfast side and tortillas, redeemable on every visit for six months.

As part of the app's launch, the ‘bank of bills’ scheme will work double during 3-20 October.

Bill’s says its new click & collection function allows diners to ensure that their meal is ready on arrival.

A new feature has been included designed to allow diners to split the bill easier.

Mark Fox, Bill’s chief executive, said: “Our customers are extremely loyal and we wanted to thank them by offering genuine rewards that can be enjoyed every visit.

“As an all-day dining restaurant, we know convenience is key for our customers, so whether they’re popping in for a quick dinner before heading off to the theatre, splitting the cost between friends or ordering ahead, we hope the new app functions makes it easier and more fun than ever to dine with us.”

The 'Bill’s with Benefits' app can be used at all of the group’s 80 restaurants across the UK.
