The Catering Equipment Suppliers Association (CESA) has highlighted a 'worrying trend' in the foodservice equipment industry where importing equipment from the Far East doesn’t have the CE Mark.

AMC Group has unveiled its first plant-based and allergen-free factory for freshly squeezed juice, yoghurt and soup in Skelmersdale, Lancashire.

Henry Dimbleby, co-founder of the restaurant chain Leon and of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, has been appointed by Environment Secretary Michael Gove to lead the first major review of the UK food system in nearly 75 years.
