Hertfordshire Catering Ltd (HCL), the school catering service in Hertfordshire celebrated the talent of its staff at an awards evening, on Friday 17 May at Ashridge House, Berkhamsted.

All state schools in England should offer pupils a compulsory plant-based menu one day a week, the social association has recommended.
