All Start Lanes reveals US-style summer menu

All Star Lanes, the eating, drinking, and bowling establishment, has revealed its new, US-style summer food and drinks menu.

Executive chef Ashley Clarke has created the ‘High Roller’ burger, which features Wagyu beef top with a whole lobster tail, homemade crunchy slaw, rocket, Creole mayonnaise and a skewer of tiger prawns.

Reuben fries, skinny fries topped with salt beef, triple cheese sauce ‘kimchikraut’, pickles and mustard, and ‘Pizza Fries’, skinny fries topped with pepperoni and basil marinara sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni crisps will also feature on the new menu.

Sean Soon, bar executive, has created his ‘G+T Menu’, which will feature nine custom botanical blends, with nine different gin brands and tonics and fresh ingredients to match.

A ‘Summer Fizz Float’, at £4.50, consisting of strawberries, peach compote, raspberry coulis, vanilla ice cream and either elderflower fizz or prosecco for £2 extra, will be available.
